Fair Subs is a free substitution planner for parent and volunteer coaches of junior football (soccer) and Aussie Rules (AFL) teams. Many junior clubs have an every-kid-plays-equally rule, but keeping minutes balanced usually means doing minute-maths on a clipboard at the sideline. Fair Subs works out the rotation for the whole game in one tap, so the coach can watch the game instead of the clock.

Built with love for Croydon City Soccer Club, it’s designed for grassroots clubs, Miniroos and Auskick teams where there are more players than positions.

How it works

Add your squad — names, numbers and preferred positions.
Create a match — pick the formation, period length and who’s available.
Tap Auto Plan — get a fair rotation for the whole game instantly.
Coach the game — follow the plan on the Gameday screen, which keeps track as the match goes on.
